Official check- in time is after 14:00 and check- out before 12:00.

Reservations are not guaranteed for late arrival. If you are anticipating an arrival time later than 18:00, it will be necessary to inform the hotel (paitanvillas@live.com/Whatsapp +66 95 292 8929).

Extra bed & cot options

Cots

• Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot (Upon request).

Extra beds

• Children from 4 years old to 12 years old stay for THB 700.00 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
• People 13 years old and over stay for THB 900.00 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
